Nearly 5 hours without aircon. It is now 4:00am and I haven’t been able to fall asleep since midnight because it is so freaking hot! Power went out at 11:18pm. Edit: power is suppose to come back at 7am. Ergon, what a joke.

Without a doubt the most frustrating outfit that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Made the mistake of paying a account with a previously closed Bpay account. Fair enough that was a mistake on my behalf but could not work out how it allowed a closed account to be credited. To fix this almost had me in tears. The sooner competition arrives in the North Quueenland retail energy market the better. .

Joke. No decent ios app to report streetlight outages or vegetation issues, you have to use some form of the website that is garbage. Plus they haven't even done a proper digital meter rollout.

We have lived in this house for over a year and a half and have been receiving someone elses bills for the entire time. Have sent return to sender / unknown at this address on each one and we are still receiving the letters. Have rung 3 times to try and get them to stop sending it but still they have done nothing. Was told they were behind on their return to sender's but shouldn't be a year and a half behind. Was then told I know it is frustrating but to maybe just throw them out. I don't want to receive these bills. I own the house. These people do not live here stop sending me their letters. I understand I am not the account holder but I am the owner of the house and I can tell you 100% they do not live here their mail is not being forwarded. Please update your records. This is getting ridiculous. I was also told they don't service our area so they do not know why I am receiving these letters but still they have no done anything. It is a waste of paper and plastic. Beyond poor customer service.

More power outages than in a third world country... yes we do have special weather conditions, but if you charge the highest prices you should have an infrastructure that can cope with a little wind and water...

Shut off power to the duplex I live in because of an "electrical fault" that was fixed months beforehand. No information given as to why it was shut off (bills were all paid), and the muppets on their "help" line were none the wiser either.
