Really dissappointed with the service here. I thought being a small business I would buy an inhand bridle from there for my daughter's first show. I ordered online, while the delivery was quick, the wrong bridle arrived, a week out from my daughter's first show. I spoke to them via phone over returning the bridle and exchanging it for the correct size. I was spoken incredibly rudely to on the phone, I felt like I was being condescended something terrible. I then drove down to the store and was given the same reaction. I really couldn't believe that I had to repeat myself three times in store, explaining that the website advertised a large pony bridle which is what I ordered, however that is not what had arrived. A few days later (now 3 days away from the show) I was told that they were unable to source the bridle advertise and the one I bought. I am highly dissappointed in the service at this shop, and would much prefer to spend my money at horseland. I won't be back.

I do not recommend purchasing from this store. Bought a pair of boots for about 1200 from here and the customer service couldn't have been worse. I was spoken to in an unbelievably curt and rude manner both on the phone and in person. I had absolutely no contact from them for 8 weeks whilst waiting for my boots, and when I called to ask about tracking, was told that an email had been sent (which it had not) and was abruptly hung up on. The boot measurements weren't correct and I will now have to pay to have them stretched as they're unbearably tight.

I am super disappointed. Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed my order and paid for express post. They did not hand it to aus post for about a week. When asked why my order was taking so long they said nothing but that it was aus posts fault. NEVER buying from them again! If you value your time and money don't order from here.

We bought some top boots from there for my daughter for 203.55 and they didn't even last 3 months... laces broke / the fake leather or whatever it was started to peel like it had been splashed in acid or something - not happy

Ordered an item online (over 100) on the 12/1/20 and paid for express post. Heard nothing at all. Called on the 15/1/20 to check what was happening to be told that the item in question hadn’t been yet sent but that I was being posted possibly on the day I called. Not offered any reason or compensation as to why they had taken 3 days to get to the post office even tho the express post option had been paid and accepted. Staff seemed confused as to why this was an issue even tho I explained that I’d wanted the item as soon as possible. Was told it SHOULD be here by the end of the week. I’m livid why pay extra for express post if it still takes a week to receive the item because no one is motivated enough to actually bother to post items in a timely manner?. No apologies offered, in fact they seemed disinterested in my complaints. Will not deal with this business again as their customer service is appalling.
