Equal Image Salon has amazing customer service, friendly staff and satisfying results. You will definitely walk out feeling fresh and beautiful because they are very committed to your hair results and goals. Jade in particular managed to fix my scalp problem in just x2 treatments and mixed the perfect hair colour for my skin tone.

After having my hair ruined with bleach by an unprofessional hairdresser, I went to Equal Image (months later as I was scared to let anyone touch my hair) and I had the pleasure of dealing with Jacinta and Ash who were both lovely, great to chat with and very polite. I was going to cut my hair really short and regrow it but Jacinta gave me an advise instead of just going with what I thought was the right thing to do. She actually listened and did what was best for me. It's very rare to find that. Everyone that saw me after was astonished with my hair! I am super happy and will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family.

this morning did not have appointment, they were very welcoming, made time for me immediately. Asked me lots of questions about what i wanted and made very good suggestions in regards to my thoughts. Valentia's attitude gave me confidence in trusting her, as i did not know this salon, but based on others reviews, felt i wanted to step in there and start a conversation about my hair. Came away with a new look & a follow-up appointment to give me time to think about my new look and what i would like to try next time. I think it would be good for others to see before and after pictures, as it would further show this Salon as being a good place to attend. I was especially interested in their cutting, maybe for others it will be colouring. A fresh, clean, calm and confident environment. I'm glad for other's reviews, they enticed me here.

This salon has excellent customer service and experienced stylists. I highly recommend Jade who has been my hair dresser & stylist for several years now... She is professional and has a great work ethic. Overall, the salon has affordable pricing, a large space, a lot of staff and a great ambience. I definitely recommend this salon for all your hair care needs.
