Went to buy a tractor. No-one available, took my number. 3 weeks later still waiting for a return call!!!!! I bought elsewhere, somewhere who knows what "Customer service" is. Buy a Kioti from KV equipment, excellent customer service and pricing.

Fantastic service. Snapped a belt on my mower halfway through mowing my lawns in preparation for a Christmas Party. Rang Grogan’s, understanding that my lawns were in desperate need of a mow they came straight out and picked it up, took it away fixed it and the returned it late today.. unbelievable service, highly recommend.. THANKS BOYS
