I changed to optus 2 years ago, i started paying 41 a month ago for 2 years, recently they increased it to 55, without me knowing, i don't recommend joining optus, go Aussie broadband or telstra.

Staff is very rude, and do not listen to the customers. I wanted a new phone for my wife and they keep trying to give us “Optus nbn”, I did not ask for that in the beginning. Staff still training and know nothing about the shop they don’t even know how to talk to customers and have no knowledge, just wanting Bussiness, I stayed over 1 hour in the shop for no reason and wasted my time. They did not tell us that there was a new phone coming soon. Wanted to sell me old models. In the end leaving the store very disappointed and I highly do not recommend Optus Epping

What can you say , it's a telco dealer . So , had a problem with unlocking a prepaid phone which was my reason to visit . As much as the staff wanted to help we couldn't get it done , but I will say they were more than willing to assist.
