Lost a long term customer. I over-measured the amount of wood I needed (honest mistake), took the wood back IMMEDIATELY and they refused a refund, instead gave a store credit and charged me 15% restocking fee. Sure it was my mistake, but I didn't use or cut the lumber, and I took it back straight away. Terrible customer service and attitude for long term customers.

I called on Friday morning and you have helped me with a solution already. Again, your team is awesome. We had a problem with skirting boards we were removing as part of putting in a new floor and couldn't reuse them. Your team helped out with a great price and delivered already. This was a great help!!!

The worst customer service Most of the staff don't care about customers . Every time we ask about something they say not sure. Will find out I'll get back to you . And that's the end of it Never heard anything from them

Staff don't care whether you buy or not, not friendly, not willing to give any advice. Charge you 15% surcharge on returning goods and will not refund your money but just give you a credit voucher.
