Do not buy from RSEA. Appalling customer service company wide, and no care for their customer. Failure to supplyy fit-for-purpose workwear, and back-up their Timberland boots with the ACCC consumer law guarantees.

Very rude staff don't even care about customers. Everyone has to helpthemslef because they are busy in talking. Last time also had a same experience will never ever come back here and suggest others not visit to this store .

if i could post a review with - stars i would of left -10 stars!! very bad customer service very rude especially Danielle & Sarah!! Honestly i don't understand why businesses hire workers like that. i recommend people not to visit this store. They also make you wait for so long when your there during business hours what a waste of time. Very slow customer service!!
