A cracked windscreen necessitated a replacement. I discovered two problems. The first the new windscreen no longer has a tint band, which the old one did. It was supposed to be a genuine aftermarket glass made for my car's make and model. The second more serious issue was that they didn't tighten the windscreen wiper nuts. Because on two separate occasions first the driver's side stopped working and then the passengers side. The latter happened when we were caught in Melbourne's last downpour. I called Windscreens O'Brien to complain about it and their nonchalance was breathtaking. To me it speaks of zero quality control. How hard is it to have a checklist and make sure someone cross checks things. Windscreen wipers are roadworthy items. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this business.

Windscreen was cracked by a stone from a truck today at 1pm, by 2:30pm the same day i had my car in at O’Brien Epping. The windscreen was in stock and fitted in the timeframe indicated. I am very pleased with the work and all of the staff i spoke to were polite and professional. I can’t fault any part of my experience, everything was completed as discussed on the phone and to a high standard. Thankyou.

Absolute flogs. Wasted 6 hours across two days with these flogs. How hard can it be? Especially when you drive a fleet car. You'd think they'd want the business? Steer clear of Shane. Thick as two planks. Go elsewhere. FLOGS.....
