Always a good spot for coffee, and toasties. Good parking. Good service. Hours have been cut back unfortunately. Clearance of hot bain Marie items at 5.00 a bag just before closing. Always a bonus when I am late coming home.Have had an occasional attitude serve but generally most staff are very amiable.

Generally very good. But staff need to ensure when a customer asks for SKIM milk coffee, that they use SKIM milk. It's happened again, we're on the road and find we can't drink our coffee because the girl used full cream milk. It makes us physically sick. I even watched her pick up the full cream and reiterated to her that ours needs to be skim. I thought she'd fixed it.
Absolutely disgusting, horrible and ignorant service. Waited in the store for half an hour to be served and still walked out with my money only because I was shorter than the other customers. After I left I called the store to address the issue and was hung up on. So I called again then was horrified by the way the manager spoke to me. I do NOT recommend ever attending this store.
