Good range of gear staff where very helpful

Go in knowing what you want. There is zero customer service or knowledge with products. If you are after feeling unwelcome and like you are a burden on their precious time this is the BFC for you.
We ordered online as the site indicayed the item was on stock. We received a phone call a few hours later that said there is no stock and we could get refund or get a free delivery once the item was on stock. Agreed on delivery . After the item was on stock we received a message that the item is ready to pick up, we contacted them and noone was picking up the phone for 2 days. Eventually called an other shop and they said this is a mistake and they do not have it ready. They checked on an other store that had a display, where it was missing parts ,and agreed to pick it up from the first shop. We Drove there, they gave us wrong color , we told them their mistake they changed it and yet still we decided to give then one more chance and purchase more items from in store . the customer service was non-existent we tried to find someone to help us we had to wait for the 2 only people at the register to finish with all the other customers as they had to do everything. Overall not that good experiece and i would not advice anyone that ask me to visit the store.

Staff were very helpful, especially one young boy (I can't remember his name) but he helped me with a bung cap for my esky. Even had a spare face masks handy for my partner who didn't have one.
Just had a look around the store to help plan my next outdoors adventure, I will be back to shop over the next few weeks now thst we can travel around the state again.
