I went into to replace a car battery for a honda city today at around 10.30 am and met a guy at the front who sounded so rude and disinterested in doing his job and I still got a battery off him . I came back after 10 min to get the battery fitted and met a BRYAN . He was amazing , did everything i wanted with a smile and looked happy to be working there . Please give that man a promotion and kindly retrain the guy i first met . ( that guy was terrible at his job and wouldn't even give me the correct information on a bosch battery )

Located in Epping Hub it's well located with a few other Airports stores located nearby for comparison shopping. Usual extensive range of parts found in an Autobarn, spare parts, service items and accessories. Staff service was excellent. We needed an item that wasn't in stock and the counter staff were able to look it up and told us when it could be delivered to the store if we ordered it. The only issue I had was that I think the 10 order fee was steep but with the discounts on the EOFY sale still made it worth while.
Fantastic service, really took the time to explain my battery options and installed the battery free of charge. It is hard to find a battery for my particular car and this Autobarn had more options then battery specialist stores. Will be returning for sure.
Absolute awesome service when I attended on the weekend. I wanted to buy some car awning parts that were not in stock and the guy rummaged through a box of spare parts to find what I needed. His help and generosity was amazing. :-)
These guys are always great. I'll always get my car gear here.
It's a big store. Got the standard stuff and some specialised stuff as well for example 4x4 items. Staff are busy when you want them. Some are really helpful even go out of their way to help others not so much.
