I Would say beware from this person/business; very nice and helpful in the start but shows his true colours when u need any sort of help or come across any technical issue (which he is unable to fix) and then he starts skirting the issue and blames everyone except him(a brief story). I had issues with my security cameras, I wasn’t getting any Tripwire alarms so I contacted him and then all the blame game started. Everybody else is at fault but not him, and he blamed supplier (who he chose to buy from ) and then the manufacturer( who offered their help to fix the issue) but aucam used all the avoidance tactics and ran away from helping. Moreover this business installed security cameras at my property and a shocking discovery was he used his own email id to register ( which is a potential privacy breach) my system and even though I asked several times he never transferred it to my own Id. Have taken all this to vcat and let’s see the outcome. If any one has come across same issue please drop a comment and I will contact you.
Fantastic service. Highly skilled. Highly recommended. The doorbell and cameras work fantastic. The install points were carefully chosen to cover lawful view of our front and backyard. Good thing was that he drew the design of install points on request before installing them. Highly professional and a good listener.

My experience dealing with him very nice .After installing the cameras even i called him couple of times and he is prompt in answering my call and text messages . He goes out of his way to help to solve the problems. Cameras on my house are installed from more than a year but still if i need him he is there to provide the support and help i need . Some of the good qualities which i find in him are (a) Hard working (b) jolly nature (c) kind (d) affectionate (e) helpful (f) professional (g) on time (h) going out of his way to help others i . We do not have any issues with the products installed by him .
