I'm happy to pay extra if the customer service is good but I got poor customer service and ended up paying 3x more here than at their competitor. 2 stars instead of 1 because I got what I wanted
Bunnings Mentone sold me a Ryobi pressure washer extension hose with turned out to be a replacement hose and they don't stock a fitting to join 2 hoses. Called Moorabbin Enzed and Lorenzo Roytash offered immediate assistance by driving to shop. Lorenzo was able to ascertain what was required immediately and supplied both male and female connectors with invoice as shop shutting at midday and supplied invoice for future refunds (thinking ahead). Brass joiner not quite the right fit and drove back and Lorenzo then machined fitting to fit perfectly. For only a few I felt bad for all of Lorenzo's effort and thus bought Aussie made Hardi hose extension. Pressure cleaner extension working a treat due to Lorenzo's guidance. Very happy client and have told Bunnings Mentone who to ask for with any hose/pressure cleaner info!
