Recently an Energy Matters salesperson promised me a 70c Feed in Tariff in an energy market comparison. I was incredulous and spent at least 1/2 an hour of my time and switched energy providers purely based on that promise. After further investigations of my own, turns out I was not eligible for that rate, but the same rate as my existing supplier. I later cancelled the switch and the Energy Matters salesmen queried if there were other providers we could explore, all for a commission I’m guessing. Unconscionable. I was gobsmacked to see from their website that they market themselves as ethical suppliers helping people in developing nations. Hope others have not been caught out similarly.

Total Waste of time. If you aren't in a major city. 3 Quotes? More like 1 quote from a single dodgey Solar Company. Steer clear would be my advice. Edit: have been asked to change my rating. Not a chance. I stand by my opinion. It was a waste if my time.
