Lovely looking clean spa, friendly staff, beautiful products but I was disappointed with the pregnancy massage experience especially for the price. Requested medium-firm pressure but it was lots of very fast effleurage which wasn’t relaxing and I left feeling a bit anxious/off. I’m a MT myself so maybe it was inexperience or just the designated routine, my partner enjoyed his massage though.

Booked in advance and no email to confirm our dates came through. The lady on the phone booked the wrong day. We came in and they were booked out. Ruined our wedding anniversary get away. As they were booked out there was nothing they could do for us...which was no fault of ours and we were not notified that the booking was on the wrong day.

Fantastic experience and ahhhmazing massage! Thank you for kickstarting a lovely weekend away at the Novotel. My partner and I will definitely be back! Ps. The lip balm I purchased is super hydrating and I love it!

Absolutely terrible customer service and rude staff. Called up 2 weeks before my appointment to cancel and was told I could get my money back then when I called back to get it put back on the card was advised they wouldn't be refunding me. This was well over 150. There products irritated my skin so didn't want them touching me.. this was a gift from my brother I couldn't use.... very disappointed that I got promised one thing by one person and another by someone else and they refused to fix their mistake.... disgusting behavior from a business

Massage was lovely, although the pressure to buy products at the end made me roll my eyes. My partner was also sitting there waiting for his turn the whole time I was having mine, not once did anyone check up or even ask him if he would like some water or anything. Even now I'm waiting for him to be done, the teapot and water jug has been taken and they're totally ignoring me. If I wasn't on the more honest side, I'd consider just walking out.

Wonderfully relaxing, the tension just gets worked away. Beautiful scenery and a lovely lunch before hand. Couldn't ask for much better. ️ Booking in to go again on a couple of months
