This is our first ever SPA and Pool. We couldn't get the pool that we wanted from Endless due to having an easement at the back of our home. If it wasn't for Joel we wouldn't be able to have the Pool and SPA the way we wanted. Joel understood that we are getting a pool and spa for the fist time and took time to explain the process. Even if he couldn't help with the fiberglass pool he went above and beyond to find someone who will be able to get the Concrete pool and the Acrylic SPA. If its not for him we wouldn't be enjoying the SPA and the pool this summer. Most of the concrete pool builders didn't like to install the Acrylic SPA They just wanted to concrete a square box and put some jets on it as it was the easy way out. When Joel was unavailable how can i not mention the help and support of lovely Rachel. They just don't sell the SPA and say thats it, good luck. She really was making sure i have got the right information to give to the installer. They even let the installer to come to their warehouse couple of times to check dimensions and answer all the questions installer had. Extremely happy with Endless Pools and Spas and once again thank you Joel and Rachel.

The team (especially Rachel) were very helpful and loving the spa, getting plenty of use even through summer. Love the different jet configurations - thought I'd have a favourite seat and configuration by now but I just keep doing laps from seat to seat !

So happy with the spa, had initial issues as you have with any new equipment till you but we had the support needed and the team was very helpful,so highly recommend and get it with gas connections as its the best.

We've had a great experience with these guys- they know what great service looks like. Despite some really challenging circumstances with our pool and install, they proactively helped us thorough the entire process. Professional, friendly and thorough. Rachel (sales)- knowledgable, friendly & professional. Also very flexible with our requirements and extremely customer focussed. Shane (Install Manager)- a top class installer always looking out for what will be best for the customer. Communicated with us really well as we worked through our many issues. Great fella. Ian (Pool Installer)- a true expert, knows his stuff and works hard. Communicates well and went over and above. Sue, Nicole & Helen (Admin, customer service & accounts)- very friendly and knowledgable, went above and beyond with anything we requested. Well done Endless- pleasure to deal with and thank you!
