At the inception, it seems agent was active in getting the business, whereas, throughout the settlement process, I didn't see the same commitment and execution. I had to call multiple time to get an answer and require multiple reminders before getting a response. At the settlement date, the amount reported to the bank was also incorrect and created a significant price difference. The bank who referred to this agent also got frustrated at the end and believed they also learnt a lesson. This was my first settlement agent experience and hope she will do an excellent job for you.
Hayley went above and beyond during our messy settlement. She put in so much more time than she had to, just to make sure we actually got to settlement. Thank you so much!
