This place is unlike no other second hand store. We asked what they would give us for our as new, never used but tested once M-Audio Carbon 6" Studio Reference Monitors with Kevlar woofer and natural silk tweeters which are valued as new, 600. The guy behind the counter told us he would give us 20 if we had the XLR cables. We think they are too used to dealing with thieves who will take whatever they can get to get their next hit. There are signs all around the shop mentioning stolen products. One even said to get the Police to come to the store to make claim on your stolen goods. On the things they sell, they ask for too much. If you know what you are looking for you know the prices and see how infalated the prices are in this store. They offer us 20 for 600 value Studio Referance Monitors but ask for 199 for something you can but brand new, with warranty for 209. This being the Launchpad Mk2. All they cut from the original price is 10 for a second hand item, yet cut 580 from our as new item. They also make out that they know everything. As we were talking Electronic Music Equipment it turned out that he knew all about the instuments and even had his own studio. But he didn't know what he was on about as we have been with EDM for about/over 8 years and we know what he was saying and not saying tells us he had no clue about the topic. Best to stay clear from this shop. Don't know where they get their prices from. Everything is overpriced. They even sell broken products and ask hefty prices for. Please, save yourself the bother and steer clear from this shop. What they are good for is a joke and a good laugh as you walk out the store.
awesome, down to Earth, friendly bunch! Been going there for awhile now never had a bad experience, lovely people they actually get to know there customers and are quick to help I'm anyway they can, prices are fare in both buying,selling or lending. Always have smiles on there faces love there jobs great atmosphere. My kids even enjoy the shop :)

Such a great place, Sam went over and above to help me find the perfect Christmas gift for my uncle who is super difficult to buy for! I cannot recommend her highly enough to everyone!
Went in there having been told about it by a friend. Wasn’t expecting to get much, but got a great reasonable price and even found a few Christmas presents for the family. They had a lot more stock than I thought. I think the gentleman that might’ve assisted me was Dwade, really knew his stuff and was very helpful. I couldn’t believe the prices you can get some things for, and practically in new condition! Will be coming back!
