Sent this product to someone for a gift. They have received the product with NO instructions nor labeling on the box as to what to do with the product. The response I received from Ablespine was poor and condensending -refer to the links. Not good enough . Why would you send a gift when the recipient needs to do their own investigation as to how to use the product. The person who received the gift from me provided the following feedback : " For what they charge it is ridiculous that they didn’t spend more on their packaging and promo material!". I was going to make a purchase of the product for myself after Christmas but after the lack of customer service I received I will not bother.
