I would really like to thank the members who assisted my daughter Isabella on Wednesday 24th March at around 4pm at the corner of Reichelt and Bolton Streets, Montmorency. You were all extremely professional, courteous and respectful. Each of you also took the time to check how we were and if there was anything that could be done to assist us. Your thoughtful considerations did not go unnoticed and a simple thank you does not seem enough under the circumstances but I do Thank You. Gina and Mark (Montmorency)

Recently relocated to the area. Was taking a sunset shot from Eltham Reserve, the police came up to me and were very intimating, which again almost sent me into a panic attack. Have integrated well with the Eltham Community, the several local businesses owners, and they have advised confident view of the local police of PSOs. Even the train attendant said not to bother to complain, speak to the PTV instead, as they will be able to better assist, otherwise it will get swept under the carpet by the police.
Avoid young officers who pretend to be in charge. Request to speak with the senior sargent who is in charge of the station and everything will be ok.
Returned my lost Coach wallet to me by mail. Now that's service! 5 stars for the nice old cops who are always friendly around town. Maybe they need to give some of the new recruits a little lesson in pleasant behaviour. Some of the younger ones are rather rude, especially when I was literally sitting in the park on broad day light, studying accounting in my car (books splayed out, maccas coffee in cup holder, yes weird but my house is very noisy!) and was treated like a feature guest on Cops 90210. Otherwise really nice people who are there to help. Thanks guys!
didn't help at all
Have gathered a couple of statutory declaration s from this complex, to great success each time. The officers present were thoroughly professional.
