Terrible. Ordered on the 12th of December and still haven't got my item nearly 2 months later. They have been dodging my emails and phone calls. Honestly expected better from such a reputable company. I'd give zero if I could.

They've closed down this store without updating their Google listing or providing any signage at the warehouse. I found a very small note on their website saying they were ceasing trading at this address. Very disappointed as we had a game nearby and I needed to buy some new gear. On our last visit, they were very helpful and knowledgeable.
