Was really excited to buy from an Australian store after COVID restrictions lifted. Would never buy here again. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. My order was placed 3rd of November. 13th of November my order was still unfulfilled so I sent an email to the store to see when I could expect it to be sent. My email was ignored. I sent a second email on the 19th again requesting when I could expect my order to leave their store. This too was ignored although my order status in their website changed. Not once did the store contact me to apologise or explain why such a big delay, nor when I could expect my order. It arrived today, a full month after I placed my order. Really disappointed.

I recently bought saining smudge and it's amazing. Just smelling it in the jar is calming. I own four of the beautiful candles (so far) and have bought and bonded with my ethically sourced animal parts. It is a wonderful thing as a practitioner to be able to go to a store set up for practitioners by a practitioner. Highly HIGHLY recommend.
