I am so grateful to Elizabeth. I have just completed the ‘Breakthough’ program and I have to say I feel I have received more out of these sessions than years of therapy from traditional services. She doesn’t dwell on the past so there isn’t any ‘going over and over things’, she helps to heal you and helps you to move forward positively with intention, goals, self love, understanding along with tools to deal with future waves. Highly recommended, even if you are simply needing a bit of direction or clarity... Thanks Elizabeth and Oscar (her Therapy dog).

Update finish 31/10/2019 finish the program with Elizabeth NPL Career and life coaching amazing 5/5 easy Told myself won't able to finish my course for my health coaching certificate which i'm almost done. I Surpass my own expectation i have done double of what is required to get the certificate just finishing up with all the small requirment off now.
