We visit both the Launceston and Scottsdale branches and have generally had great service and found what we needed at both. Have had staff go the extra distance to arrange drop off at the farm and source items from around the state when they didn't have stock on hand. Not always the cheapest option, but always good value when service and product knowledge are things that you consider important.
