Bought a new CX3O from them last month on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Even though we had to wait a little while for the particular salesman who we made initial contact over the phone with, every staff member that walked passed us asked if we were being attended to and could they help us in anyway. Whilst waiting for him, a car was arranged for us to test drive and a coffee or 2 supplied. The salesman did not rush us through the sales process and even arranged a loan car for me, since I had sold my car privately that morning. After receiving the car, fussy me had a slight issue with it and the after sales service received to rectify it was fantastic. Highly recommend buying a car from them.

Ming is the most unethical, disrespectful sales person I have come across, he has no people skills. Extremely pushy, doesn’t take no for an answer , extremely desperate to the point where it’s sad and extremely obvious. He could definitely benefit from some customer service training. When I said I’d think about it, and talk it over with my wife, he got extremely arrogant and asked why I came into the dealership and told me to just go to a local one closer to my house and not to waste time, he then was just bringing the price of the car down without me even mentioning the price, after he said his initial Price was the best price. Go to any other Mazda dealer but this one, no one needs to be, belittled and treated like a lower class citizen.

I took my Mazda here for a service a few months ago, and was very impressed with the service, and the cleanliness of not only the showroom, but the workshop too. When the service was complete, the mechanic made a video showing my car and gave an in-depth explanation of the work he had done on the car, as well as some issues which needed to be dealt with. This was fantastic, as usually with car services at other businesses, if a part needs to be replaced, you need to just trust that the mechanic is being honest, and isn't just trying to get a few extra bucks out of your pocket. For example, during this service, one of my engine mounts needed replacing, so in the video, the mechanic very clearly showed where the old part was worn, and explained the dangers of not replacing it, which gave me great confidence that this was the right decision. You just don't get this kind of service anywhere else. I would highly recommend Edwardstown Mazda to any Mazda owner who wants the absolute best quality customer service available, and who really cares about the health and longevity of their car.
