If I'm not at home as I work 8-5 each weekday. StarTrack is open 10:30-4:30 each day. How do you expect me to be able to collect my parcel?

Drove 40k to pick up a package that "i wasn't home for" to be left stsnding in a line to get a piece of paper and told to stand in another line etc... shambles. Total shambles of a company.
Attempted delivery, no one was home. Calling card left in mailbox saying package was at local post office. Went to said post office only to be told it wasn't there. Rang Startrack and low and behold they can't find it. How can they not know where it is. Total incompency.
Appalling drove all the way in to edgeworth as was told it was there multiple times over the phone. Then to be told it wasn't there and was dropped of to my local post office. Never got a notification to say it had been dropped off at the local post office only to say it was awaiting collection at edgeworth over an hour away from where it was meant to be delivered. Apparently it was a glitch in their system. Not good enough especially when you pay the extra for express postage. If I could give zero stars I would.
Delivery drivers are incredibly rude and leave the worst impression for a customer, had organised to have 2 packages picked up. 1 had a con note one I had no details for. (I requested a blank note be provided) Driver refused to take the package that I had details of and instead took the package with no con note. If I had the option to avoid this company I would.
Item arrived dented and with a massive hole on the side of the box! There was also a massive sticker on the box "Adressee to sign, do not leave if undeliverable" and it was still left at the front door without a signature anyway!
Why not knock the door? For saving 1or 2 min on each delivery? Then the customer need to wait till the next business day and spend more than 30min to pick up the consignment from the depot. It feels not good.
Professional and fast delivery almost always.
