If you think this is going to be quicker than A&E think again, as it is not and you get charged for the privilege. I was watching the A&E wait time which was around 40 minutes I could have walked out and gone to A&E and it still would have been quicker. The final straw that broke me was that at 9:03am we arrived at X-ray only to see a note be back at 9:30am they had only opened at 8am must be a great place to work 1 hour on 1/2 hour off. The x-ray was inconclusive so guess I am hitting A&E next 121 poorer.

Took my son here after a machine accident at school, the school nurse said he required stitches but the Doctor at St Johns didn't seem to think so and chose to glue the wound instead. He then said that it may need stitches in a couple of days if the glue didn't work. 24 hours later and surprise surprise the glue didn't work, pretty sure the Doctor knew this at the time but just wanted another visit from us and another 88. Won't be going back.

If you like waiting ages to see a doctor or even get flu jab this is the place. This place runs on island time and the staff just stand around and don't even tell you they are running late and then waited for a flu shot for over an hour and then they didn't even have any. What a joke of a place.

My partner was booked in for an appointment with a GP who is only available every 6-8 weeks. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the appointment was changed to telehealth. The doctor tried to call 25 minutes before his appointment time so obviously he was not expecting the call. We called back immediately and were told the doctor would try to call him again. We waited and called back two more times after this and each time we were told she would call back. After waiting on hold for an hour I finally got through a fourth time only to be told that she had gone home for the day. The receptionist I spoke to was polite, apologetic and luckily managed to rebook the appointment for the following day but this is really not good enough. We had to wait eight weeks for this appointment and to have this happen when my partner relies on prescribed medication that no other doctor at the practice can provide is a serious matter. He has been a patient at this practice for over five years now and in this time we have noticed things like this happening more and more frequently. It's sad really, there are people relying on the doctors to do the right thing and help them. Dissapointing to say the least.

I gave two stars simply for my usual GP!, who is the one positive at the practice! The reception staff are very unfriendly and there is no sense of urgency! A 50 gap for emergency walk-in seems very steep when most times the drs send you straight off to the hospital. The wait time is still long and patients are not provided any updates regarding waiting - not good practice from staff. Unfortunately this practice has deteriorated so much :(

Well what can I say I try and avoid coming here , I stayed sick at home alweek hoping to recover from a fever and severe diarrhea self care till I got worse and had to book in for the following Monday 19,01,21 because I couldnt eat with out my stomach cramping and having spasms and going toilet like 29times frid sat sun with blood in it, so I thort I beter go check anyway I new with these doctors you only have 5min to talk so i told him everything and all he could say was it should pass in the next 3days didn't check me over or nothing just said would you like pain killers and a doctors cert, I didn't even mention that I wanted them and said no I dnt want your pain killers that he offerd because I new they wernt good if you had severe diarrhea, so I'm at hm still can't eat in so much pain in my abdomen area and crying I hope it isn't anything major and he's right because if anything happens it will be on him Well this is a update to this review I ended up in hospital for a week, had a stone that ended up passing and my liver was inflamed levels were so high, the nurses and doctors were so amazing at joondalup hospital I thank them so much for everything had a endoscopy, mri, ultrasound all bloods done and treated me so good, so anyway I'll be transferring to a different doctors from now on.

Very disappointed in this practice . It used to have great service and has declined since being taken over by St John's . I am currently still waiting for my 3.40 appointment an hour and a half later. Absolutely disgusting! No call , no nothing . I've rung a few times as my time is important too ! I'm still many patients away . The wonderful receptionist, Rebecca, has been this Drs saving grace . Thank you , your professionalism has cooled my feathers . You are worth your weight in gold . I understand Drs run late but this is ludicrous! Edit ; It's now 2 hours and 20 minutes. A 3 minute consult and the wait is over . Very poor ! If patients need a long consult book two appointments .
