Friendly and helpful with a huge variety of goodies. We went there yesterday to buy Caviar (our first time buying it) and the lady who helped us was very helpful and not pushy. She answered all our questions and gave us her own opinions which was very useful. Heaps of variety so will be back!
I have been to the shop on many occasions and always had left with a big smile. However today as i was passing by I went to the shop to buy some caviar as a gift and although within 5 min i walked out with over 400 less in my account but the treatment that i received via an Asian person who was apparently serving me was totally shocking and unacceptable. He was extremely unprofessional and rude, believe it or not this is a first time in my life that I am writing a negative review for anyone despite being an international Journalist and a food critic for the past 30 years. It's sad that I shall not be visiting them any more as The bitter taste of today's experience made me feel like a homeless person looking to buy a 8000 a kilo caviar the was reduced by 50% , So little he knew that I would write this review as i feel he is totally out of place and should be working at the best case Sanrio at the fish market , Good luck to you guys.
I only had a coffee but this place looks incredible. An Alladin cave of amazing deli foods. Truly worth a re-visit
30 for 10 pack of "European Hot Chocolate"... literally just cocoa... feeling very ripped off.
