The lady I encountered this evening was extremely rude, unprofessional & very unhelpful. I brought my son who is 7 with me & was told he was not allowed there. Even though my eyebrow wax & tint was going to take place at the front of the shopfront, she refused to get him a chair or allow him to wait while I had my eyebrows done. I was not told this was the case before my appointment or when I filled out a very lengthy form beforehand. This was my first experience with Eden & it will be my last. I would not recommend going there. I am still shocked. I have never been treated like that due to taking my child to a business. Most places would try to be polite, accommodating, & find a simple solution.

Had the Mummy To Be Spa package as purchased by my husband. 1hr massage, 45m pedicure and 30min facial. I arrived at 10:15 (time of my appointment) and was seen to at 10:25 and it was 10:38 by the time I was in the room and on the bed. I was out the door at 12:30 so I didn’t get the full 2hr 15. The massage was really lovely. Pedicure nothing special and definitely not 45minutes, facial very rushed too and definitely not 30mins. Trying to sell you products at the end of the appointment ruined it for me. I have good skin a great routine. I’m not looking for anything else, and that part ruined it for me as I just needed to get going and I wasn’t looking for anything. It was just quite pushy and felt desperate for a sale. Also didn’t rate the spa itself, it’s pretty ordinary and I’ve tried many in the area and in the CBD. Wouldn’t recommend or go back.
I had the Eden Indulgence Facial last night. Alana was my therapist and she was Amazing!! Will definitely be requesting her next time! Very professional and you could really tell she loved what she does!
The staff here are absolutely lovely. The atmosphere is perfect for that relaxing getaway. I spent 4 hours here for my spa package, and loved every minute. The food they supplied for lunch was also fantastic. Highly recommend, I will definitely be back!

Had my first massage experience and they were so welcoming and made you feel as comfortable as ever, have never felt so good specially working in childcare I'll be going to work feeling amazing Deffiently will be back some time soon
