We phoned Eden Roc this morning to have our Roller Door repaired and were absolutely thrilled they were able to fix it on the same day. The manners and professionalism from the Technician was outstanding. Also the Receptionist who answered the phone was very helpful and well mannered over the phone. We will not hesitate to contact again should need be or recommend to our family and friends.

All these good reviews here are because of the great service and workmanship from this company. Mark replaced my broken garage motor and serviced the door in a very friendly efficient manner. Arrived on time and was very happy with the service, wish all companies were like this one.
Damaged doors were replaced. A new garage and door was was also built to accommodate hubbies Old F100. From start to finish was pure perfection. We really appreciated Tom’s honesty, pricing and his patience with us. We did the rounds getting quotes and advice but Tom at Eden Roc went above and beyond. I called Eden Roc Garage Doors at 8am in the morning, they were at my property at 8.45 to repair my broken garage door that I couldn't open and therefore couldn't get to work. MY door was fixed with a new motor, new door springs, remote controls and a 7 year warranty by 11am. I was treated with the utmost urgency, the technician was very professional and all at the drop of a hat. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with, I was referred to Eden Roc by Merlin Australia and not only were they able to supply me the product I wanted but they had to do a custom installation of the Commander ultimate Jackshaft opener and still only charged their standard Instillation cost. Also the technician that attended my property was super punctual, very knowledgeable and also super friendly! I definitely won't hesitate to do business with Eden Roc in the future! Thanks again.
