From a mans perspective I was concerned that Eden wouldn't be something I'd enjoy, yoga, "healthy stuff", etc. Man was I surprised. From. Food perspective I never went hungry with huge portions and multiple meals. Heaps to do all the time, or the choice to do nothing at all. Amazing facilities, steam room, sauna, heated spa, pool, games room, full gym, tennis court, basketball, you name it and if they dont have exactly what you need they can get it for you. Amazingly comfortable rooms. Ridiculously stunning views. 100% recommended!

I have just returned from an amazing week at Eden. From the moment the gates roll open to let you enter, to the last farewell from the staff and other guests, everything was amazing. Situated in a beautiful valley, you were immersed in nature. There was everything from rolling lush lawns around the more formal areas of the gymnasium, pool and spa, to the rainforest and running creeks with the beautiful sounds of birds, cicadas and frogs. Instant relaxation for me. Our "Director of Happiness", Bri, was with us for the week and was a little pocket rocket and bundle of Joy. She was there to support everyone, whether they were there to relax or join in every activity on offer. Nothing was too much for her and we all loved her. The food was superb. There was a lot of variety which showed us what was possible without being too hard to replicate when we got home. There was fish, chicken, prawns and tofu so us non-vego's did not feel deprived. Georgia and her team really looked after us. The activities were numerous and varied, relaxing or challenging. My favourites were Qigong with Jonathon in the mornings, and water exercises and outdoor challenges with Kane. There are many beautiful bushwalks through the property. I recommend trying a few of the many optional spa experiences available if you can. My favourite was the deep tissue massage with Sabine. My accommodation was beautiful, with a stunning view down the valley. I feel fortunate to have spent my week with an amazing and varied group of guests. Some were there to de-stress and reset, some for fitness and health, and others to pamper themselves, but everyone supported everyone else during the week. Thanks to Chris (General Manager) and his team, and all the guests who I now consider my friends, for making it such a memorable week. I will be back.

I spent a week at Eden about 6 years ago. OMG 10/10 Best thing someone’s ever done for me was to book me into Eden, what a treat. Running on a sense of constant exhaustion, I was able to slow down and recharge. I soaked up the 'me time', delicious food, striking nature, numerous fitness & relaxation options and came out inspired. I’d found my old self, uplifted, motivated, positive, focused, RENEWED! I’ve never stopped dreaming about going back since. The attention to detail and quality of service is second to none. It should be an annual pilgrimage.

After staying at Eden I can honestly say it was one of the best weeks of my life. To be in such a beautiful place being looked after by amazing people makes you feel like you never want to leave. Everything from the incredibly well prepared meals, all the physical activities, the accommodation, to the yoga and meditation classes are all of such a high standard. I left Eden having learned some new tools that will help me keep my mental and physical health in check and given me a more positive outlook on life.

Having just returned from a 6 night stay at Eden, I could not recommend it more highly. The property is so beautiful and instantly relaxing. All of the staff went above and beyond and were always willing to share their wisdon and insight. The meals were incredible and I honestly can't think of one thing I ate that week that was disappointing. Whatever you are hoping to achieve from your week away, Eden is the perfect place to achieve these goals. I look forward to another visit in the future to relax and recharge!

The landscape is beautiful and puts you at eas the moment you enter the front gate. The staff are incredible and every meal was delicious! At a time when I felt like I was getting way too caught up in the challenges life was throwing at me I can say that my visit to Eden has left me feeling healthy and positive for the future.
