Today I went to to this store to buy an entirely new wardrobe for my husband. 1st sales assistant was too busy chatting with his mate to be of any help whatsoever and the 2nd sales assistant pretended to not see me at all but yet was instantly at the side of a tall leggy brunette lass that happened into the store. Your store lost a 2500 sale because your staff don't actually service your customers their needs or their expectations. I waited to be helped and walked out putting back all the clothes I already had in my hands to buy. Learn the meaning of the words Customer Service....even a simple Hi if you need any help please just ask would have kept me there instead of being ignored.
I buy all my clothes here ,love the men's styles , hip and sexy male clothes, all there clothes is good quality and last a long time ,absolutely love this place ,service was great every time I go there!!!
