If you have an item that is over 1000 AUD or problems with Customs I’m recommending this business. They are AMAZING and it’s cheaper and less stressful than doing yourself! The website easy is very easy to use, simple directions, and I also called and talked to a real person and that made the experience better. I can’t say enough good things and been sharing this business source with everyone I know. I was fortunate to talk to Greg and built a good rapport with him in a very short time. He understood my frustration and was extremely attentive, empathetic, & patient when it came to answering all my questions I had with all the confusion and venting.

It was my first time sending things home from the U.S. I was unaware that I had to pay GST and duty when a package reached or exceeded 1000aud. I didn't mind paying this (GST and duty) as I wanted to receive my packages. I called around a few places, and eventually got into contact with ecustoms brokers. Paid 77 for the 24hr service, and filled forms out as best as I could. I then received an email from Sherry from NSW office who told me it wasn't correct. No phone call to assist me in anyway. I then had to call around once again to see what information I could give them, and what steps I had to take. It wasn't until visiting the ecustoms Melbourne office that things started to move along. The woman there was helpful and got Greg to contact me. Greg called me back a few hours later, and actually listened to what I had to say and helped me through the process. If it wasn't for Greg and the woman at the Melbourne office you would be getting a lower score.
