Got the Manhattan fire table and what an absolute delight it is. A solid well-built and well-designed product, clean burning without any fumes and relocatable which is what we love, for our outdoor alfresco. The heat coming off the AB8 burner was beyond expectation on the high setting, and has a beautiful flame. The team at Ecosmart fire was easy to deal with and communicative esp Simon (head of sales) and provided updates along the way and ensured a quality product and timely delivery. Will definitely pick the brand for other products in our next home and recommend to others looking for a similar place setup for outdoors. While a fire pit with wood fire is great, this is a much more environmental, cleaner and ease of maintenance option.
This is the second EcoSmart fire purchase for us as we just love their ethanol fires. Beautiful ambiance, stylish fires and lovely warmth. Such an easy alternative to a wood fueled fire - but with just as lovely atmosphere and no infrastructure or safety issues. Edouard was exceptional to deal with, and his colleague, Kelly, was also amazing. Their personal service and commitment to customer satisfaction has been unmatched by any other service provider we have dealt with (and we've dealt with a lot as we've renovated 7 properties in the past year). Love the look of our Ethanol fireplace and it cost less than one third the price of a comparable gas fire, but keep in mind that it is mainly visual. It doesn't really put out much heat and the ethanol cost does add up (we went through 380 worth of ethanol this winter and we probably only ran it every third night on average). All things considered, it's a great solution for areas where you want the look and romance of an open fire but without a flue. The Ecosmart Team are very professional and good to work with. I do recommend their products and service.
I bought my first EcoSmart Fireplace about 15 years ago. I loved it so much I now have 3, including my original which still works/looks as good as the first day I got it. Edouard is a very knowledgeable, patient and caring advocate for the company, and has been of great assistance to me sourcing product. The product speaks for itself! Incredibly happy with how our fire table looks in our home. Eddy and the team were very useful from start to finish. The product itself is tremendous and is very easy to use. Would definitely recommend having this addition to your home!
Terrific customer service from walking in the shop to delivery. Everyone helpful, friendly and made it easy.
