I was so unsure which company to go with as there were many, but when I met Jack he was a pleasure to deal with and came back more than once when we asked for further measurements on additional windows, he was very patient with us. We have just had them installed and could not be happier, we are so please we went with EcoShade. The Installation process seemed flawless and Ryan was extremely tidy during the whole process. Quoting was quick and easy and payments were made easily. The whole process from start to finish was a great experience, thanks guys!

The measurement process was fine, the installer messed us around, the shutters sag considerably when opened. Despite repeated requests for someone to come and review the installation for a rental property before the tenants moved in this never happened and when I copied the estate agent in who referred me to Ecoshade I was told they wouldn't come out until final payment made. Shutter quality is inferior to imported ones and much lighter that what we have from another supplier in our home. I note one of the other reviewers shared the same feedback.

Outstanding customer service, second to none. From the moment we made an enquiry we received an almost immediate response to set up a quote for the next day. The quote was competitive and completed by a lovely, very knowledgeable representative who explained their processes clearly. Once we decided to go ahead we were kept informed regarding slight (understandable) delays on installation due to Covid. Installation was seamless and the shutters look fantastic. EcoShades installed my plantation Shutters last week and they look AMAZING!!! . They are talk of the street , they have made such a transformation to not only the interior but the exterior of my old weather board home. Mark from ecoshades was quick with quote which I can say was very competitive and responded to all me emails promptly. Couldn't be happier. The plantation shutters look better than I'd hoped for and they are top quality. Ryan who installed them was a real stickler for detail making sure that everything was millimeter perfect. All my dealings with EcoShade were terrific.
