Worst experience ever, receive a call 15 minutes after scheduled delivery time which was 11 to notify me that concrete would be arriving late. Came at 12, whilst concrete pump was waiting from 11, driver was incompetent also. Called up to explain my frustrations and hoped for assistance and got zero. Ordered 20ml stones, got 40ml stones and clogged up the pumps which added to our nightmare. Concrete required was 6cubics, made sure we accurately measured and ordered 6cubics which would have been more than required to be safe , funnily enough wasn’t enough in the truck, had to order two more. With a extra charge for small order amounts. Handled completely unprofessionally, gave me every excuse/reason under the sun other than being understanding and or helping in regard to the situation and were honestly very rude. They obviously don’t appreciate customers or understand that without them they have no business. Would not recommend to anyone and will ensure that my unpleasant experience is shared.

Econo-Nightmare! Zero zero zero customer service. I have been given a price than when I went to order, the price was much higher. All I was asking is go to the recorded call and check (I knew the exactly date), if I was right adjust the price! Any other company will do this. But at Economix No one could help. 2 days, hours of calls. Treated without respect! Been given only arrogant answers from All the girls at the phone. Then the area manager decided to give me a (little)discount because he had no time to waste. But guess what now I was charged for minimum load etc. I decided to give up. But what comes after is the funniest part. I got the concrete delivered: I had to put 100. litres. Of. Water. In. 3. Cubic. Meters. (All documented, as picture, the truck driver refused to write the last 10 litres on the docket, he was the only good one by the way)To be able to work it. And still dry. Obviously I would have sent it back but... with Economix could I? Shame! Owner, Manager, CEO that allow this to happen!

Charged my credit card twice for the same delivery by “accident”. Then when I chased it up the next day they told me there system will take 6 days to refund.. An age old trick for companies struggling with cash flow, I would hope this was not the case but actually an admin error. To add to that the driver left slurry all over the footpath and down the street which the neighbors are not happy about. Will never use again. Poor experience from my end.

You can’t charge customers 10 for an invoice to be sent via email. This review is the consequence of that. 12000 concrete bill and u guys had the audacity to charge and 10. The boss should pull his head in.

Delivered poor quality exposed aggregate concrete and refused to be held responsible for anything. I highly recommend not using these cowboys as they will use any excuse to worm their way out of any liability.
