Do not deal with or believe a word this company say! I had over 3 witnesses including an architect, who heard the salesmanship dialogue, promising no fading, no scratching, hard wearing etc for my engineered timber floor. After the floor was laid, I contacted them to complain of splintering and fading but no one was interested in speaking to me. I sent several emails with details and photos with no reply. I was eventually told they no longer stock the product I purchased so there was nothing they could do. Extremely poor service and so disappointing for a very expensive outlay.

We recently had our home clad in the charred cladding from Eco. After much research on the product it was definitely the best by far on the market for both quality of timber and charring and its price point. We love it!

Our Architect sent us here and I have to say these guys know their stuff when it comes to timber!! They were both passionate and intuitive with our design. It was such a great experience and a totally unexpected one on how well they present as a timber yard (their showroom is amazing!) Thanks again ECO team, you really helped us achieve the look we wanted and actually cared to listen! Everyplace we went to in the process really didn't excite or inspire us but I think they nailed it! Highly recommend people! If it's ideas on what to do in timber, they do it better then anyone we came across and made it really seem easy and actually fun!

Worst experience ever. I have been waiting for 2 hours on weekends for the delivery. And I am already 1 hour late for the date with my girlfriend. The delivery is still not here. I paid in full and waited for a long time. But I still got nothing. Well，not noting，I got a big fight with my girl friend. By the way，I got stood up 3 times already in 1 delivery. Most stupid choice in my entire life.
The worst service ever. The third time I have ordered now and every time I have to chase up for the invoice and then chase up for the delivery. The last order took 6 weeks for delivery as they lost the order in the system! Also be prepared for prices to go up massively after receiving a quote and to pay 300 delivery charges!
