I’m very happy with both the service and the products. The bits I ordered and received are exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t get them anywhere else in Australia. Prices were easily comparable with ordering them from Europe without the hassle.
Not happy with the experience I had with this company. Ordered a 'used bit' which I paid for. 2 days later I had an email explaining that bit wasn't available and I had 2 other options which I chose one. A day later another email saying that the choice wasnt suitable so I chose the other size only to be given a 'purchase new' option the following day paying the difference. What a muck around.
Ordered a Kask helmet from Charmae with the knowledge it may be a week to a few months to arrive. Pretty stoked it arrived within a week! Perfect service and communication
