Amazing customer service! Friendly, helpful and professional. My husband had a problem with the shoes he purchased some time ago. The staff was very helpful and took note of the issue, and later the manager exchanged them to a brand new pair or shoes of my husband's choice! I shop there too, and their customer service has always been great. I love Ecco as my feet never sweat in any of their shoes and they are very comfortable!

Great shoes but false advertising regarding additional 20% off already discounted prices. There is fine print!
I only gave one star because I couldn't give none. Piece of advise: when returning faulty goods to this store, better have your mobile video camera on, just in case you are falsely accused of whatever accusations some members of their staff can cook up. Pathetic.
Love ECCO shoes and like the discounts here. Staff are helpful most of the time. Sometimes they don't have what I want in my size. Oh well try again in 4-6 months when they have new stock.
