I have been a customer of EB Games for 15 years and I can tell you that the staff at the store go all out in making you feel like a true champion. Today was a big day, I got my PlayStation 5, no mess no fuss just the PS5 in all its glory. Big shout out to Josh, outstanding customer service as always! Thank you to the amazing EB Games staff at this store.
Went there for a nintendo switch EB exclusive pokenon code; ive not gotten such before and am terrible with pokemon names; staff were mega helpful and despite my own silly anxieties, they made me very comfortable and got me the item with zero awkwardness. Thanks heaps, guys!

Theys a good EB store with a good range and they staff theys got ins there are real nice too which is a nice thing to be able to be nice and give the nice.
I don't mind EB marking their games up higher than the competition, you know they'll price match to keep your loyalty. Except today. Despite a Harvey Norman being 2kms away in Fortitude Valley I was told they don't price match them in this store despite having done it before here. So pay 79 vs 58 or leave, basically. Bad service today. Walked into JB a minute away and still spent less on it...loyalty points aren't worth the difference.
I had an amazing experience here. Great staff, very helpful. The only problem I had was that the website showed a few games were available at the store but they weren't actually there. Even the staff was surprised to learn that. Also, they have the AfterPay option online but not in-store. Otherwise, really good experience overall. Would definitely visit again.
