Very friendly service. The stock layout is better than some other EB Games stores. On the sales table/tray, the game case spines are all facing up. I could see all the titles without touching.

Terrible experience in this store. Be aware because you could end up having the same terrible experience as me. You could be left wondering and distraught. Returned my still functioning console broken in that box. Do not agree to a repair if you're only having your functioning console cleaned. If they call you proposing a repair while your console is still in their possession. Make sure your console is checked for full functionality before handing it and trusting them with it. By taking video footages of it working. Like turning-it-on and going through functions and turning-it-off. Recorded on cam. As a back-up. Because you need to sign an agreement which makes the transaction agreed on in-store and approved by their staff to go ahead. Which gives them rights to let them off if they break it in the process of a repair basically. That they can claim it is irrepairable alleging your console is full of causes. That it is beyond repair.

Came into the store to buy a Nintendo Switch, Had no idea what I was looking for, Your lovely staff ‘Jack’ as per the name tag showed me some games and showed me the immaculate condition on a pre owned switch. Ended up walking out with console, 4 games, and a bunch of accessories. Cannot thank him enough, saved me a lot of money and guaranteed a warranty and I even signed up for a loyalty program as I ensure I’ll be coming back. He let me know I can trade my old games for next time for new games if I changed my mind. Keep up the good work Jack!

The staff was so friendly and helpful! I wanted to buy transformers toys. Although they sold out, she made a call to EB Westfield store to confirm if stock availability and told them a customer would come! I got what I wanted at Westfield Sydney EB store! Love the shopping experience at both stores!

Eb games isnt for buying games anymore its basically a merchandising store now if you want a hat, a key chain or some other useless bs go Eb games
