Staff here are generally friendly, but you have to get to the counter to access help. During busy times this can be a long process. Wide range of Nintendo and PlayStation consoles, games and accessories. Also stock second hand consoles and games and offer trade-ins too. Since teaming with Zing, they also stock board games, T-shirts, pop heads and random accessories like drink bottles and mugs. You can get themed merchandise for Harry Potter, Pusheen, Marvel and DC just to name a few. I have found they will price match as long as you have a catalogue showing the exact item at a lower price.

This shop is awesome, just EB games online ordering can't get there orders right and don't send the right items, don't online order with EB games, go in store instead

Tried to order on card, taken and then cancelled. Then same repeat. Then same repeat. And then try PayPal and same again. Every time it says item available. Pointless, useless. Will order from anywhere else from now on.
