5 stars for the individual service and friendliness 1 star for the new price matching policy of making you check your phone for local stock otherwise it isn't honoured. Bad company policy, either price match the competition to begin with or honour JB Hifi, Big W and Harvey Norman's prices online. Having a customer have to go through their phone to check stock levels is poor conduct.
