Every time I make an order or collect one here, the staff have always been exceptionally helpful and friendly. Their recommendations are usually spot on and their knowledge of games and peripherals and accessories can’t be beat. It’s always a pleasure shopping here as they go out of their way to make sure you’re looked after.
Staff are very mixed some provide good service where as others want you out of the store ASAP. When trying to ask about their deal where you trade 2 games to get cyberpunk for 29 I was told "we can't provide a list you have to ring us on the day." Which doesn't make sense as its advertised throughout all of their stores. Marrickville EB Games is a much nicer place to shop than the Broadway store.
Staff are amazing and quick service wise! The games are always clean and easy to find. However we asked for some advice from a guy working there and his response was “I don’t have time to play games so I wouldn’t know”. That was a bit of a let down as he works there...

The staff were excellent. I was using trade credit I had with other stores, and a voucher I had, and a gift card on top of that, so I was a pain in the neck but the staff were friendly and professional and did a fantastic job of helping me and making me feel good about my purchase, even though I was such a headache. Great store! That's went I keep going back to EB Games; because the staff are fantastic!
Went in to ask about price matching before I could finish my sentence the employee snickered and said we don’t do that here for those and walked off. So I took my business over to jbhifi which were lovely and very helpful
