the staff at this store are amazing. i went in unsure of what i needed to buy to remedy my audio quality issues for my streaming set up. the staff asked me questions about what i needed and ultimately recommended a product that i am extremely happy with and would not have gotten without their help. thank you so much!

Average experience at store. Manager with beard wouldn’t price match with Harvey Norman because it was apparently too far, only to price match for something 1 more. Wouldn’t customer satisfaction be more important then saying “no” and making only 1 more?
