My wife and I visited this awesome store today with two friends and we had the pleasure of meeting all the staff at EB Games Albany and had the time of our lives. They were all extremely helpful and nothing was too much. However one of the staff there, named Tony, just went completely above and beyond when he reached into his own personal collection of Pokemon cards and gave some amazing ones to a sweet boy we were with. I was so so impressed by that because not many people would go out of their way that much to help someone that they might never meet again. But we will all definitely go there and visit Tony and the amazing team whenever we go to Albany

Always a pleasure to visit this store. The staff never fail to be helpful and friendly and they know their stuff too. Even at busy times like Christmas they always find time to help and make each customer feel valued. Highly recommended!!
This is my fave store in Albany hands down. I’ll never not pop in when in town. Every single member there is part of the most amazing team. The service is the best all round I’ve experienced in any store and it’s always a pleasure to see the staff and the environment they create there, and all I come across feel the same. I want to put them all in my pocket! They are a credit to your business when I could have the online option but the charm of shopping in store trumps all. Best store in the city for buying or selling games also getting all of your console needs filled or maybe you're on the hunt for Pokemon merch/cards or just gaming culture merch in general then these are your hard working, friendly and helpful staff to help..
Went in with my son to buy some pokemon booster packs while on a trip from perth. The team was extremely nice and hands down had the best customer service in all of the eb games I've been to. Tony and Erica went above and beyond to make my son's trip even more memorable. Im extremely happy with the service these guys gave us. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone going down to albany. Keep up the awesome work guys. You guys are amazing
