Absolutely amazing service, incredibly nice staff member had a very friendly conversation with me recommending games. Very clean store, very fast service. All around just a great experience. I have been to this store on multiple occasions and it is always great, very consistent service.

They price matched a gaming headset for me with no hassle. I just showed them a price listed online from another store in the shopping center and they said yep no problem.
Previously worked here many years ago and was a pleasant experience with the managers and staff at the time. Floor staff continue to be awesome to converse to.
This store would not take back my broken Xbox One X ( with a valid 1 year warranty) after the fan was making a bad noise. First visit to the store without the console just to ask questions I was told I would be able to get a in-store giftcard when I return the console. I didn't like that idea so the employee told me to use a can of compressed air to clean the fan, that didn't help. I called the head office to see what my options are... 2 hour call later..... Head office then told me I could get a refund to my account, I asked head office to call the store and explain the situation with staff and add a note to my file so we had no confusion next time. My second trip to the store with the console, I provided video evidence of the noise from the fan and asked the employee to look at my notes on file (they never did). The employee said it was ambient noise and took it out the back for a stress test. Within 5 minutes he give me the Xbox back and said it worked fine with no noise at all , I get home and spend another 2 hours calling the main office. They told me it shouldn't be a problem and I should get a refund sine they didn't have a replacement console in stock. I head back to the store and was told they wouldn't do a refund because the store won't get the money from the console back and my only option was to send it away to get fixed by Microsoft ( that would take up to 3-6 weeks) over Christmas. I have spent thousands of dollars through EB Games stores over the years, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Great customer service and were amazing with helping pick out a headset for my xbox. The guy that served me, I believe his name was Sam, he was amazing and when I accidentally left my keys at the counter and realised a half an hour later after leaving the store, Sam grab them and put them in a safe place in case I came back for them which I did. I know it is a normal humane thing to do but he was my life saver today and I want to thank him for that
Never actually realised how much of a rip off eb games is never trade with these guys...it’s ridiculous!!
