My glasses are absolutely perfect, the service was smoothe, quick and professional. I felt really taken care of and all my eye care needs were met. My glasses arrived really fast too and staff ensured they were the best fit and the that the lenses were correct for me.

I received a notice in the mail stating my eye test is OVERDUE. (yes it is in capital letters on the notice) I found this wording offensive. I don't need to be TOLD that my eye test (of all things) is OVERDUE. This is the same wording that credit providers use to inform their customers that a payment is late. I will decide when i will go for an eye test, i dont need you to tell me that i am OVERDUE like i have committed some kind of wrong. You should choose your words more carefully if you want to simply remind a customer. The tone of this letter is horrendous especially in the context of the last year. You're obviously tone deaf. Just lost multiple customers on my side just like that.

Every time I come here I’m lucky enough to run into Zeinab. She is so kind and helpful. I often end up staying longer just to talk with her, which is nice for me as I have very bad anxiety. I’m grateful to Zeinab for making my visits to the optometrists pleasant and less stressful!

avoid this outlet unless you have a lot fo time on your hands! the staff were rude. I was on time for my appointment but had to wait 1.5 hours before being seen by the optometrist. Meanwhile i heard another man being berated by one of the staff for being 10 minutes late for his appointment.. It makes me wonder why they bother making appointments at all..

I ordered glasses for my brother and I called three weeks later to get an update. The person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. She said the glasses are taking longer than usual due to a reason that didn’t make sense and did not allow me to explain why I needed the glasses ASAP. My brother accidentally broke his frame and I wanted help but wasn’t able to get any from the RUDE and DISMISSIVE staff member from spec savers Eastgardens. Would not recommend getting your glasses from this place. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service!

I ordered glasses here and was told they would take three weeks which I thought was a bit long. After seven weeks and no contact from the store I went back in. They told me they should be there but they cant find them. Later that day they rang me to say they had lost them and would order a new ones for me. BUT NO PRIORITY for there mistake I would have to wait the standard three weeks again. 10 weeks now and still waiting. The store did not give a ......... about my problem and said that is all they can do. MY ADVICE FIND A STORE THAT TREATS CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.
