Clean service centre, easy COVID-safe drop off and pick up. The guys there are really friendly and take them time to explain what was done and what needs to be completed in the future.
I have been a customer of Eastern Suzuki for 4 years now and my experience with them has been better that expected on all levels. Getting my car serviced there has been totally painless and affordable due to the capped price service agreement when I purchased my cars. I have purchased 3 cars there over the last 4 years - all from Simon Culhane. The dealership is located in a really convenient location which is especially helpful if you are waiting for the service. The customer service is a bit hit and miss. I booked online but they called me to say the time I booked wasn't available. When I got to the dealership they weren't very accomodating and friendly. My car was serviced in the time promised and have no issue with the work they do. My car wasn't cleaned, and the service books were left scattered in the foot well.
Excellent, professional team. Easy to discuss any matter and did a perfect job on the service. Would highly recommend me for car service.
