Security staff so rude. They are Indian guys They don't even have the temerity to speak. I wonder how such a big company can have such a poor security guard.

I updated their hours.They are confusing.I am a trucking company asking for status and have been through 2 operators and still on hold after 22 Mins. I called them on my other phone and got put through to right people. 1st operator said opening time pick up is 7am, and the 2nd operator time said pick up from 10AM to 3PM. Another basic useless multi million company with poor quality phone system, and tracking.
Absolutely useless service when they couldnt deliver the package they took it back to the depot where I tried to pick it up from got told I have to wait for a msg that never came through contacted the Philippines 4 times same result each time then a random day a week later they decide to try to deliver it again even though I organised to pick the item up and they let some one sign for it who didn't need to show i.d to prove they were even related to me word of advice toll put on Australian call centres the Philippines is not a good contact for an Australian business.
Easy place to deliver goods too and pick up from everyone i delt with was pretty cool
Worst delivery company!. Ordered our internet modem and the day i was at home they left a "sorry we missed you card" because our buzzer wasnt working when everyone that day had been using it. Than we call to get it redelivered to my partners work as he was the only one able to get it and they deliver to the house again when no one was home. Now i have to drive 40 minutes to Eastern Creek and take toll roads just to pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous!
Terrible service. I ordered a Vodafone sim card. I stay at home all day on delivery day. Buy they just left a card said sorry i missed without make a phone call or knock the door when they come. Then they told me i need drive 30km for pickup it, they will not deliver it again. Cannot understand standard how this company still running.
This is the worst package delivery service in Australia. They only offer delivery between 9am and 5pm Mon to Fri, which is when everybody works, which means taking a day off work just to receive a package. They wont allow the company to leave the package without a signature. Then you have to drive to Eastern Creek to pick it up, again because they refuse to deliver to another more convenient location. They have no idea where the packages are at any given time, and it took 3 business days for them to respond to my missed delivery card to tell me that my package was ready for collection. The parcel could have only been in one of two locations, on board the van for delivery, or at the depot. Why would it be anywhere else?
Vodafone needs to stop using this company. We have cancelled our account with Vodafone because they have used Toll and I've been chasing my package for over a week now. Cannot get over the tactics staff use to not answer simple questions. They just refer you to other staff members who do the exact same thing. One staff gave me a made up referenace number and when I gave that number to the next staff member she said she had no idea what that number was (3 ppl I spoke to today and I've already written a bad review on Toll Priority Bankstown yesterday for this weeks issues). I've been placed on hold for 5hrs all up this week. If staff are wondering why they have to deal with so much abuse they need to take it up with higher management and demand that proper systems are in place in order for them not to get abused. I was really nice over the phone because I believe we all should be treated with respect but by the actions of this company they have no respect for people. Toll you won..I hung up in the end.
